Senior Software Engineer - ML Network Stack (AI)

Location: Onsite in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Build and maintain infrastructure to monitor and report on the functionality and performance of massive testing workloads run at scale.
• Automate software delivery to customers using internal hirify.global CI/CD tools, Linux, and public AWS products.
• Develop Python code to orchestrate large clusters and execute benchmarks and applications for ML and HPC workloads.
• Utilize AWS Managed Grafana and Athena to analyze performance data and create dashboards for stakeholders.
• Invent automatic mechanisms to detect and alert developers to functional and performance regressions.
• Manage infrastructure complexity covering various instance types, software stacks, and Linux operating systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of reliable and scaling systems.
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• 3+ years of experience as a mentor or tech lead for engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience in SW/HW Co-Design.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and performant coding.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience creating automated dashboards and visualization (e.g., Grafana).
• Experience with embedded systems, high-speed networking, or HPC/RDMA interconnects.
