Solutions Architect (Kubernetes/AI Infrastructure): Designing and validating cloud-native networking, application delivery, and security architectures for Neoclouds, AI-native platforms, and hyperscalers with an accent on Kubernetes, high-performance networking, and GPU-optimized infrastructure. What you will do

• Lead architecture strategy for enterprise Kubernetes, high-performance networking, and AI workload ingress and egress.
• Partner with a Principal Account Executive to qualify opportunities, develop technical win strategies, and connect solutions to executive business cases.
• Advise CTOs, chief architects, and platform engineering leaders at Neocloud and AI-native companies.
• Run technical discovery, architecture workshops, demonstrations, and complex proofs of concept in high-throughput environments.
• Design solutions using BGP, VRFs, Multus, NVIDIA DOCA, SmartNICs, DPUs, and hardware-accelerated traffic management.
• Create reusable AI Factory reference architectures and represent customer requirements to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, platform engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud-native networking, CNIs, and application delivery.
• Experience architecting massive-scale cloud infrastructure, particularly in HPC or AI data center environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Layer 2–7 networking, including BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN, plus SmartNIC and DPU hardware acceleration.
• Ability to influence senior technical stakeholders and communicate complex physical-to-logical network architectures.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, consultative problem-solving, executive presence, and collaboration skills.
