What you will do

• Coordinate communication and asset workflows between internal teams and external outsourcing partners.
• Review world-team requests, consult art directors, prepare briefs and references, and organize tasks in Jira.
• Set up or modify placeholder assets with correct scale, hierarchy, naming, folder structure, and placement.
• Polish and refine outsourced props and environment assets when additional art passes are required.
• Provide paint-overs, reviews, and clear visual and technical feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Gather requests from gameplay, animation, world, and cinematic departments and create placeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Extensive 3D modeling and texturing experience with Substance Painter and ZBrush.
• Deep understanding of 3D asset and environment art pipelines.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
• Familiarity with Jira or willingness to learn asset management workflows in Jira.
• Strong organization and cross-discipline communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Nanite workflows and technical limitations.
• Experience managing external vendors, writing briefs, and delivering constructive visual and technical feedback.
• Experience developing or shipping both realistic and stylized games as a model, environment, or level artist.
