What you will do

• Follow the daily production plan and prepare batches accurately according to SOPs.
• Handle raw materials safely while maintaining allergen control and preventing cross-contamination.
• Complete quality, traceability, and process checks in line with food safety and health regulations.
• Coordinate the supply of materials and equipment to maintain efficient production.
• Support new product launches and trials with the R&D team.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Management, and Production Team Leaders to resolve non-conformances and improve processes.

Requirements

• Ability to work the Monday-to-Friday 14:00–22:00 shift onsite in Buckingham.
• Commitment to food safety, allergen control, quality standards, and traceability.
• Ability to follow production procedures accurately and manage raw materials responsibly.
• Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to take responsibility, support continuous improvement, and respond positively to unexpected situations.
• Existing right to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available.
