What you will do

• Manufacture chromatography products, intermediates, and base materials following established SOPs.
• Perform on-line quality control checks to identify and resolve anomalies early.
• Record production data accurately and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Support process optimization and improvement initiatives to maximize yields.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Contribute to the writing and updating of SOPs and production methods.

Requirements

• Practical and detail-focused approach to laboratory-based manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• A-levels or a degree in a scientific discipline (desirable).
• Experience in regulated chemical manufacturing environments (desirable).
