Location: On-site in Temecula, California; candidates must live within 30 miles of Temecula or be open to relocating to the area. This is not a remote position. Up to 80% travel is required, including overnight stays and transportation by car, plane, or public transportation. A valid driver’s license and personal transportation are required.

Salary: Starting at $65 per hour for educator-facing professional learning delivery, with additional compensation for preparation, co-facilitation, internal meetings, travel, and other required activities.

What you will do

• Deliver on-site mathematics professional development, product training, and support for teachers, coaches, and school administrators.
• Facilitate workshops and adapt sessions within established parameters to meet participant needs.
• Support educators with lesson planning, pacing, data analysis, and applying assessment insights to instruction.
• Help school leaders identify implementation successes and challenges related to Ready and i-Ready programs.
• Collaborate with professional learning leaders, sales colleagues, and other internal specialists.
• Track training notes, complete assignments, and participate in observation, feedback, and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience teaching mathematics, coaching mathematics teachers, and delivering mathematics professional development.
• K–8 mathematics coaching experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics for Grades 6–8, including content and practice standards.
• Fluency with digital tools and online assessments, with the ability to discuss and apply data with educators and leaders.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and their application to professional development.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, organization, time management, computer, and internet skills.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level, Grades 6–12.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics or mathematics education.
• Knowledge of Zoom, WebEx, or similar online meeting platforms.
