What you will do

• Oversee daily operations for a team of 20–25 non-exempt staff, meeting production, quality, and operational standards.
• Track and improve performance using KPIs and operational metrics; implement process improvements to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate corrective actions in partnership with HR and senior leadership.
• Manage customer service in high-volume settings, ensuring effective escalation and recovery processes.
• Ensure day-to-day service delivery complies with established policies and applicable regulations.
• Support strategic planning, budget/resource management, headcount planning, and staff development through coordinated training.

Requirements

• 4+ years of management experience in operations management, preferably in medical device, healthcare services, or a clinical setting.
• Proven experience leading large non-exempt teams in a service environment, including performance management and building a high-performance culture.
• Expertise using KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Experience managing clinical operational workflows and high-volume day-to-day service delivery.
• Proficiency with workflow automation tools and familiarity with production software and performance dashboards.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and ability to ensure compliance (including FDA regulations).
