Fraud Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, on-site

What you will do

• Enter and maintain cardholder information in internal databases.
• Track, investigate, and resolve merchant and customer fraud prevention cases.
• Calculate credit refunds and process account adjustments.
• Analyze operational reports to support business decisions.
• Help develop and implement new processes while collaborating with multiple departments.
• Take on additional operational responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in the credit card or financial services industry.
• Experience investigating high-risk customer and merchant accounts to identify, mitigate, and prevent fraud.
• Experience processing Automated Consumer Dispute Verification (ACDV) requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, business applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a green-screen or mainframe environment.
• Experience using TransUnion and LexisNexis fraud and identity verification tools.
