What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery, personnel coordination, governance, and stakeholder communication for the Operation Flank Speed effort.
• Coordinate contract deliverables, status reports, financial reports, technical documentation, TTPs, and SOPs.
• Manage contractor workforce performance, workload allocation, and alignment with government outcomes.
• Oversee Azure identities, governance, storage, backups, virtual networking, firewalls, and virtual machines.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 services, security alerts, information protection controls, incidents, outages, and feature releases.
• Support ITSM activities, SharePoint administration, Teams Live Events, Tier 2 troubleshooting, and recommendations for group policy and end-user software.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required, or the ability to obtain and maintain it.
• PMP certification and Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications.
• 12 years of IT experience with Microsoft 365 SaaS offerings, cloud applications, and network management.
• Experience managing 30 or more people and multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, cloud computing, Azure Firewall, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint administration.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
