What you will do

• Conduct basic mechanical testing techniques according to established protocols and customer specifications.
• Determine accurate test results, including pass/fail outcomes and material composition data.
• Perform pre- and post-test measurements and occasional failure testing.
• Prepare reports using standardized templates and testing software.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report repair requirements.
• Provide general support to the Mechanical Testing department, including work outside core operating hours when needed.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required for access to ITAR-controlled information.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, see, hear, and speak English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Ability to use microscopes, saws, test frames, and basic hand tools.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds; personal protective equipment is required.
