What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize customer, market, and brand questions aligned with strategic goals.
• Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including panel studies, surveys, focus groups, and AI-enabled methodologies.
• Analyze data and translate findings into commercially relevant recommendations with evidence, risks, opportunities, and success metrics.
• Facilitate stakeholder decision sessions and document whether recommendations are accepted, rejected, or deferred.
• Co-create action plans with named business owners, deadlines, and measurable success criteria, then track implementation and results.
• Lead the monthly Research Council sponsored by the CMO.

Requirements

• Senior experience in consumer and marketing insights.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect customer understanding to business strategy.
• Clear and credible communication with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, alignment, and evidence-based challenge skills.
• Confident English speaker required.
