Game Operations Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and complete game releases, patches, hotfixes, and content updates across multiple environments.
• Manage game configurations, metadata, feature settings, stakes, and environment-specific parameters.
• Coordinate new market onboarding and operator integrations, ensuring operational readiness and smooth launches.
• Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, resolving configuration and integration issues.
• Monitor live operations and improve workflows, release efficiency, and deployment quality.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, engineers, operators, external partners, and vendors to support delivery and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in game operations, content distribution, or release coordination.
• Authorization to work full-time in Bulgaria without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, coordination, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, ownership, and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to support release windows and blocking issues when required; mandatory background screening and applicable gaming regulatory approvals may apply.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems.
• Experience with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and operational systems.
