Team And Delivery Leader

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: Negotiable base salary starting from €2,000 gross per month, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Lead employees in disciplinary and functional matters, including feedback, coaching, talent development, and staff-related processes.
• Coordinate team objectives, workload distribution, operational methods, and timely delivery of high-quality project results.
• Oversee technical solutions, improve processes using KPIs, and contribute to strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Manage critical situations, resolve escalations, and ensure efficient service delivery to clients.
• Plan budgets and steer cost-center financial and HR KPIs according to defined plans.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, present results to management, and align expectations across the business.

Requirements

• Strong IT technical skills in business development, end-to-end responsibility, and business case justification.
• Proven experience leading teams in person and virtually, with strong communication, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, flexibility, and experience guiding teams through transformation.
• Experience with cross-country integration, intercultural collaboration, stakeholder management, and organizational governance.
• Advanced financial management skills, including budget management and economic decision-making.
• Fluent English at C1 level, with experience in project management, digitalization, agile methodologies, and KPI-driven delivery.
