What you will do

• Design and build agent architectures covering orchestration, tools, state, memory, human review, and deterministic controls.
• Ship, operate, and continuously improve production agentic systems used to run real business functions.
• Extend the in-house orchestration framework, automated development and QA agents, integrations, permissions, observability, and recovery mechanisms.
• Create machine-readable context artifacts and retrieval strategies, and develop versioned, measured prompting workflows.
• Build evaluation harnesses, regression suites, tracing, guardrails, fallbacks, approval gates, audit trails, and rollback paths.
• Monitor quality, incidents, cost, and system performance while extracting reusable patterns across companies and functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• 3+ years building AI-native or agentic systems that reached production and supported real work.
• End-to-end ownership of systems, including design, delivery, operations, failures, maintenance, and cost.
• Experience integrating LLM systems with production codebases, CRMs, ERPs, support platforms, data warehouses, and internal services.
• Experience with evaluations for non-deterministic systems, tracing, failure diagnosis, guardrails, and cost management at volume.
• Ability to work autonomously across complex codebases and collaborate with non-technical domain experts.

Nice to have

• Enterprise agentic systems experience involving legacy platforms, compliance, security reviews, and sensitive data.
• Experience making support, finance, marketing, revenue operations, or another business function agentic.
• Experience building shared platforms, enterprise SaaS, ERP systems, or mission-critical business applications.
• Experience applying agentic development or QA workflows in engineering pipelines.
• Open-source contributions, technical writing, or public work on agentic systems.
