Location: The role is associated with Argentina, Peru, and Chile, while the successful candidate is preferred to be based in Singapore and work from the Singapore office with frequent customer-site travel.

What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to identify AI transformation goals, workflow pain points, and high-impact use cases.
• Own flagship enterprise deals from use-case discovery through commercial structuring and closing.
• Embed with customers, guide delivery outcomes, and collaborate with engineers to bring AI agent solutions into production.
• Advise customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Present solution proposals and results to technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
• Build demos, explore applications across industries, and feed customer insights into product and model roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; enterprise customer experience is preferred.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial judgment and confidence participating in enterprise sales cycles, value propositions, and deal discussions.
• Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and demonstrations.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and common AI tooling, with the ability to map enterprise workflows to AI systems.
• Mandarin and English required; the role is preferred to be based in Singapore with frequent onsite customer travel.
