Location: Hybrid role based in Bratislava, Slovakia
Salary: From €2,100 gross per month, with a performance bonus of up to 10% of the basic salary paid twice per year.

What you will do
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and briefs together with internal requestors based on marketing objectives and strategy.
- Review project inputs, feedback, and creative outputs to ensure alignment with briefs and brand guidelines.
- Allocate assignments across marketing disciplines and coordinate communication between teams.
- Manage medium to large projects independently, ensuring quality, deadlines, and changing priorities are handled effectively.
- Monitor project time and financial resources, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with finance and suppliers.
- Promote collaboration, incorporate diverse perspectives, and support effective communication across organizational levels.
Requirements
- Master’s degree; marketing communication, business administration, or sociology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Approximately five years of experience in multidisciplinary marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of integrated online and offline marketing strategies, techniques, and principles.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and Adobe Reader/Acrobat DC; experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, Asana, or Easy Projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, relationship management, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level is required.
