What you will do

• Oversee risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across the UK entity.
• Facilitate operational risk assessments and conduct independent follow-up and assurance reviews.
• Support and challenge major business changes, product delivery, and business-as-usual processes.
• Review incident management, operational resilience, and business continuity processes against business and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate UK risk appetite statements and limits with senior management and the Board.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business units, and external partners to implement risk management initiatives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of risk management practices within a financial services firm.
• Experience in product operations, project management, or a related field within financial services or a technology company.
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply systems, risk, and operational thinking across a varied portfolio.
• Experience using generative AI tools.
• Strong conceptual ability, drive, and an action-oriented approach to solving problems.
