Compliance Executive – Compliance Monitoring

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least four full days each week in the advertised office

What you will do

• Support continuous and thematic compliance monitoring reviews from planning and fieldwork through reporting, close-out meetings, and action tracking.
• Assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures across the business.
• Support reviews involving Henley, London, overseas group offices, and third parties when required.
• Represent Compliance Monitoring in project workstreams and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Compliance Advisory teams and business stakeholders to address emerging themes and review findings.
• Drive proactive engagement, constructive challenge, and continuous improvement in monitoring outputs and relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in Compliance Monitoring, Audit, Risk, or a related control function, ideally in asset management or financial services.
• Good understanding of European regulatory frameworks and exposure to regulators such as the FCA, CBI, CSSF, or BaFin.
• Knowledge of the asset management regulatory landscape, including financial crime, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, and data privacy.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, investigative, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work from the Henley-on-Thames office at least four full days per week under the current workplace model.
