What you will do

• Develop resilient, maintainable, and well-tested software, tools, frameworks, and services.
• Design automated validation for functionality, performance, reliability, and resilience.
• Build and improve CI/CD capabilities, test environments, infrastructure, and developer tooling.
• Investigate defects, analyse system behaviour, and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with software engineers, solution architects, operational stakeholders, and customers.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and improve quality engineering practices.

Requirements

• Experience developing software, automation, tooling, or engineering solutions.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and modern development practices.
• Experience working in Agile software delivery environments.
• Ability to analyse complex technical problems and develop practical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.

Nice to have

• Test automation and quality engineering experience.
