Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid or remote within Norway, with locations in Oslo and Bergen.

Salary: NOK 975,000–1,145,000 annually.

What you will do

• Structure and evolve navigation and information architecture across a large, complex healthcare product.
• Design personalization that delivers relevant information to different roles, contexts, and user types.
• Create accessible, user-centered designs aligned with the design system and product principles.
• Prototype, research, test, and iterate with clinicians, case handlers, and other real users.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, tech leads, engineers, and other design teams.
• Communicate design decisions and establish patterns across product areas.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product, UX, UI, service, or digital design.
• Experience structuring or restructuring navigation and information architecture for complex products.
• Experience designing personalization based on user role, context, or behavior.
• Strong user-centered design skills covering research, testing, and iteration.
• Regular use of AI in design work, including prototyping working software with agentic tools and automating workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work independently on cross-cutting problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or fast-paced product environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare, welfare services, or municipal systems.
