Lead Product Designer

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Oslo, London, Berlin, or Bonn; remote applicants are not considered. Relocation to one of the listed offices is supported.

What you will do

• Lead product design projects from concept to launch, defining vision, direction, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technologies, audience insights, and stakeholder ambitions into intuitive digital experiences.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and clients through ambiguity, creating alignment and momentum.
• Mentor designers across levels through feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities.
• Shape the product design discipline by introducing tools and workflows and maintaining a high standard of craft.
• Represent the product design practice in client conversations and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with deep expertise across design and technology.
• Experience leading fast-moving, multidisciplinary projects from concept to launch.
• Ability to connect strategic vision with detailed design craft and pragmatic execution.
• Strong communication and alignment-building skills across teams and clients.
• Leadership style that is open, inclusive, decisive, and focused on high-quality collaboration.
• Interest in product strategy, storytelling, new tools, and emerging technologies.
