TL;DR

MarTech Analyst (MarTech/SQL): Delivering data-driven campaign activation across client journeys by building audiences, implementing campaign logic, and supporting MarTech configuration and data pipelines with an accent on accurate customer data usage and tagging. Focus on writing scalable SQL queries, validating and deploying MarTech solutions, and translating stakeholder requirements into reliable delivery plans.

Location: Bristol head office, BS1 5HL, with office attendance 3 days per week

What you will do

• Implement campaigns and activation logic within the MarTech stack.
• Build and maintain audiences and SQL queries using event- and customer-level data.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of MarTech solutions.
• Ensure accurate data usage, tagging, and campaign implementation with Analysts and senior colleagues.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Experience working with MarTech platforms and campaign tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and event- or customer-level data at scale in a cloud platform.
• Ability to deliver defined tasks independently and escalate issues when needed.
• Experience delivering work in the digital industry.
• Permanent full-time availability for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular Bristol office attendance.
