Business Analyst – Debt & Equity (m/f) (Financial Services): Analysing lending, debt, private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment processes with an accent on requirements definition, portfolio monitoring, operational reporting, and financial product implementation. Focus on UAT, investigating data quality and reporting issues, supporting digitalisation initiatives, and driving user adoption and process improvement.

What you will do
- Analyse business and operational processes and translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Collaborate with business users, external stakeholders, and technical teams during transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
- Support the implementation of lending, debt, private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment products.
- Prepare and execute UAT scenarios and validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
- Support portfolio monitoring, operational reporting, user onboarding, rollout, and adoption.
- Investigate data quality issues and operational exceptions while contributing to process improvement and change management.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Law, or a related field.
- Professional financial-sector experience relevant to either debt or equity, including lending, debt funds, private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments.
- Experience in business analysis, operational monitoring, business process management, or change management.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, end users, and external stakeholders.
- Experience with UAT, including test-scenario preparation and validation of delivered functionality.
- Excellent written and spoken English; onsite presence in Luxembourg is required.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing new financial products and managing operational portfolios, middle-office activities, or reporting processes.
- Experience with change, digitalisation, or process-modernisation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience in international and multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of another European language, particularly Italian.
