Staff Product Manager (Kubernetes)

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; or Bellevue, WA. Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility for access without authorization, or eligibility and reasonable likelihood of obtaining U.S. export authorization.

Salary: $207,000–$275,000 base salary annually, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for CoreWeave Kubernetes Service and the broader container services portfolio, including Sandboxes.
• Partner with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing to align goals, define product details, and execute launches.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market positioning, messaging, and competitive strategies with sales and marketing.
• Define product metrics and reporting to monitor compute service performance and guide future decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in product management for cloud services or the AI/ML market.
• Deep understanding of cloud compute workloads, Kubernetes, and container frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, making product decisions, managing projects, and mentoring others.
• Experience working directly with customers to translate needs into product features and solutions.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and ability to guide engineering teams through technical details.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Kubernetes experience and familiarity with current Kubernetes and container trends.
• Previous experience in cloud computing.
• Understanding of the financial and economic aspects of operating cloud compute services.
• MBA or equivalent experience.
