What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for shop performance and retail media partner reporting.
• Develop automated reporting solutions based on business stakeholder requirements.
• Improve revenue attribution models and expand analytics for the advertising platform.
• Own data quality across data assets and improve reliability of analytical outputs.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and retail media stakeholders to drive analytics projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics engineering or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization for big data environments.
• Experience with dbt or comparable data transformation tools and robust data modeling for high-volume event and tracking data.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow and cloud data platforms such as BigQuery or AWS Redshift.
• Knowledge of frontend tracking and web analytics implementation, including GA4, plus optimization techniques such as partitioning and clustering.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, solve problems, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Advanced BigQuery knowledge, including cost optimization and complex functionality.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, or Docker.
