Concept Artist (AAA Sci-Fi): Creating and refining characters, sci-fi vehicles, weapons, props, panels, and environments for contemporary AAA projects with an accent on realistic design, strong silhouettes, functionality, and 3D production support. Focus on developing paintovers, adapting concepts to technical constraints, and delivering designs that meet modern AAA visual quality standards.
Location: Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, or remote within Ukraine. Applications from the Russian Federation are not accepted.

What you will do
- Create, refine, and enhance designs for characters, vehicles, weapons, panels, props, and environment assets.
- Develop paintovers for 3D models and provide conceptual support to the 3D department.
- Collaborate on the project's visual direction and adapt concepts to established art direction and technical constraints.
- Develop designs that meet contemporary AAA sci-fi realism standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Concept Artist.
- Strong understanding of design, form, silhouette, and the functionality of sci-fi assets.
- Proven experience with realistic AAA sci-fi art styles and multiple asset types, including characters, vehicles, weapons, props, and environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Blender, ZBrush, 3D-Coat, or other 3D software.
- Understanding of modern 3D production pipelines and the ability to work within art direction and technical constraints.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of Unreal Engine 5.
- Knowledge of modern PBR workflows and material language.
- Experience with remaster or remake projects.
