What you will do

• Define and establish character art styles by creating concept design templates and style guides.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, animators, and VFX artists to ensure design implementation.
• Use game engine editors to finalize the in-game look and feel of characters.
• Create high-quality character concept designs as a core design task.
• Review and provide feedback on designs from outsourcing partners to ensure quality standards.
• Mentor junior artists and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in character concept art with a portfolio of stylized designs.
• Strong fundamental art skills including anatomy, form, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Photoshop and ZBrush.
• Proven experience leading design initiatives or small teams.
• Ability to interpret project needs and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
• Must be based in Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, or the United States.
