What you will do

• Own the end-to-end affiliate partnership channel, including performance partners and paid placements.
• Recruit partners across SEO, YouTube, LinkedIn, and martech editorials via cold and warm outreach.
• Manage program operations on FirstPromoter, including setup, commissions, links, and payouts.
• Structure partnership deals using commission, flat fee, or hybrid models.
• Manage a monthly placement budget and provide detailed reporting on channel ROI.
• Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience running affiliate or partner programs as a primary responsibility.
• Proven track record in cold outreach and first-hand negotiation.
• Strong understanding of placement costs and how to make partner content convert.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be located in Europe.
