What you will do

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across international markets.
• Build partner relationships and negotiate CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid agreements.
• Monitor traffic quality, conversions, FTDs, NGR, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
• Optimize campaigns and coordinate promotions, creative assets, and landing pages.
• Detect suspicious traffic and collaborate with fraud, compliance, and risk teams on audits.
• Prepare performance reports, market updates, and represent the business at industry events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of affiliate management experience, preferably in iGaming, forex, or fintech.
• Understanding of affiliate platforms, performance metrics, tracking, and attribution systems.
• Experience with postback tracking and tools such as AppsFlyer or Keitaro.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-management, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Must be eligible or legally authorized to work in Cyprus. Willingness to travel for conferences and partner meetings is required.
