What you will do

• Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and other business opportunities in the mainstream dating vertical.
• Build and manage the partnerships pipeline from initial contact through campaign launch, testing, and scaling.
• Coordinate partner onboarding and launch details with product, technology, sales, and account management teams.
• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, offers, funnels, partner economics, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor affiliate tracking and performance metrics, including CR1, CR2, payment conversion, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts, and traffic quality.
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, technical, and reporting discrepancies before and after campaign launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales in performance-driven digital industries.
• Existing network of relevant affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, or traffic partners.
• Experience attracting, launching, and scaling partners or clients, including building or significantly growing a partnerships or sales pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts, caps, traffic quality, partner economics, and international negotiations.
• Technical affiliate marketing skills, including Google Sheets, tracking links, pixels, S2S postbacks, sub IDs, attribution logic, conversion events, and payout logic.

• Experience with mainstream dating products, advertisers, networks, or affiliate partners.
• Understanding of traffic sources that can deliver high-quality traffic for mainstream dating offers.
