SAP Project Systems (Lean) - Senior Consultant - L3

What you will do

• Implement Lean practices including value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, and Six Sigma across project processes.
• Optimize workflows to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve project efficiency.
• Integrate Lean methodologies with SAP, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, and related ERP or project management systems.
• Analyze existing processes, coordinate improvements with cross-functional teams, and monitor results.
• Develop KPIs, performance metrics, reports, and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Provide training, hands-on support, and documentation for Lean tools and project systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Senior-level experience in Lean methodologies, project management, or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PS, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, or comparable project management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles, waste elimination, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
