Senior Business Data Analyst (SQL)

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines, with availability for US business hours and night-shift alignment.

What you will do

• Perform end-to-end ETL/ELT and prepare structured and unstructured data for analytics and reporting.
• Write code to automate data pipelines and provide data engineering support.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for business and executive decision-making.
• Define data collection frameworks, metrics, lineage, business rules, and data requirements.
• Monitor data quality, validate models and algorithms, and resolve issues through root-cause analysis.
• Partner with business, technical, and data engineering teams to lead analytics delivery in Agile environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with analytics delivery, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms, data modeling, and data pipelines.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability and willingness to work US hours, including a night shift.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
