What you will do

• Design and optimize customer communication journeys across the hirify.global App, push notifications, email, and SMS.
• Define orchestration frameworks, decisionhirify.global logic, prioritization rules, and consent management principles.
• Translate complex business, customer, and regulatory requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Partner with Product, Markethirify.global, Digital, Design, Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver personalization capabilities.
• Contribute to strategic transformation programs, includhirify.global Martech Modernization and the hirify.global App.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Journey, Business Analysis, Martech, CRM, or Customer Communications within a complex environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to simplify business processes and decisionhirify.global logic.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience facilitathirify.global workshops.
