What you will do

• Design and establish a resource planning capability across the Studio Business Group.
• Create integrated views of current capacity, future demand, and material capability gaps across the portfolio.
• Identify and facilitate opportunities for internal talent and expertise sharing across different studios.
• Manage outsourcing and vendor planning, including the assessment of utilization, performance, and costs.
• Develop executive reporting and analytics to translate resource data into actionable business insights.
• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing Resource Planning team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in resource planning, workforce planning, portfolio operations, or capacity management.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing analytics or operations teams.
• Experience supporting complex product development within gaming, technology, or entertainment sectors.
• Strong analytical capability to build forecasting models and translate data into business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
