Senior Producer (Gamedev)

Location: Remote throughout North America, Hybrid, or Onsite in Orange County, CA

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Champion high-level live initiatives and coordinate across departments to hit delivery goals.
• Maintain the live team roadmap, triage, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Partner with QA and Release Engineering to manage first-party submissions and issue tracking.
• Communicate the health and status of online services regularly to senior leadership.
• Coordinate incident reporting for online tests and live game to future-proof processes.
• Ensure new content and events are delivered to the community smoothly and on time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the games industry, with significant time spent in live operations.
• Experience managing rapid-release content schedules for online multiplayer titles on Console and PC.
• Proven experience shipping console titles, including navigating first-party certification processes.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and project budget management.
• Expertise in risk analysis, mitigation, and incident report tracking.
• Must be based in North America for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

• Experience working with remote studios and contractors.
• Deep understanding of online infrastructure best practices regarding performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
