What you will do

• Oversee AML team operations, client service quality, daily deliverables, and client integration activities.
• Manage sensitive and escalated queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
• Maintain AML service reviews, internal frameworks, policies, procedures, and regulatory adherence.
• Support regional and global AML initiatives, projects, deliverables, and budget management.
• Lead direct-report performance management, coaching, career development, and annual reviews.
• Champion innovation, operational improvements, and a globally integrated operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Internationally recognized AML qualification.
• 10+ years of operations experience in financial services and AML.
• 5–7 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Direct client contact, relationship management, and AML operations experience are required.
