Risk and Fraud Analyst

Location: Full-time, in-office position in Concord, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada; occasional weekend hours are required.

What you will do

• Monitor transactional and behavioral data to identify unusual patterns and potential fraudulent activity.
• Analyze operational and financial data using business intelligence tools.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into suspicious activity and escalate cases to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of risk controls, policies, and procedures.
• Work with Customer Support and other internal departments to resolve risk-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, operational, or analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High accuracy and consistency when handling repetitive tasks, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
• High integrity, confidentiality, professional judgment, and technical proficiency.
