What you will do

• Execute daily billing and follow-up activities to support the revenue cycle process for assigned locations.
• Investigate overpayments, underpayments, credit balances, and payment delays to maximize reimbursement.
• Research claim rejections and take corrective actions to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to clarify billing discrepancies and obtain necessary clinical or financial data.
• Provide training, guidance, and problem resolution for Billing and Follow-Up Representative I colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in revenue cycle functions within a hospital, clinic, or insurance environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
