What you will do

• Transform broad social media priorities into detailed project plans with clear timelines and success measures.
• Lead expansion strategies for brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, creating platform-native content.
• Build scalable workflows and reporting systems to improve consistency and accountability across the division.
• Collaborate with the Head of Video to develop content franchises, scripts, hooks, and recurring formats.
• Analyze audience data and platform performance to turn insights into actionable growth recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including publishing, brand, and video to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.

Requirements

• Significant experience growing organic audiences for social-first media brands.
• Proven track record of launching new social brands, accounts, or content formats.
• Strong operational skills to turn loosely defined ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Ability to produce high-quality content, including scripting and packaging (hooks, titles, thumbnails).
• Deep understanding of internet culture, gaming, and trend-driven publishing.
• Must be based in the United States.
