What you will do
- Develop and execute a global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
- Grow and actively engage the gaming community around the brand.
- Create and oversee content plans tailored to the specifics of each channel.
- Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and creators from the gaming industry.
- Analyze performance results, report on KPIs, and recommend optimization actions.
- Work closely with Brand, PR, Performance Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent communication.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in the gaming, esports, or digital entertainment industry.
- Fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Deep understanding of gaming communities and social platforms (Discord, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in developing content strategies and analyzing performance.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplace or e-commerce environments.
- Experience building communities on Discord.
- Knowledge of social listening tools and AI tools for content creation.
- Experience collaborating with international gaming influencers.
