Senior Product Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: On-site in New York City

Salary: $200K – $300K + Equity

What you will do

• Develop highly performant and stable frontends for the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to implement user-facing features.
• Optimize code for performance and establish measurement standards.
• Create scalable structures to allow rapid iteration based on customer feedback.
• Contribute to the development of an in-person company culture in NYC.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in modern web ecosystems.
• 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and CSS.
• Proven track record in a startup or small company with significant engineering impact.
• Must be located in New York City for on-site work.
• Strong commitment to high UX/UI standards and proactive communication.

Nice to have

• Experience as a technical lead making architectural design decisions.
• Proficiency with GitHub CI/CD.
