Senior Producer (Gamedev)

Location: Must be based in North America (supports Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in Orange County, CA)

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Champion high-level live initiatives and coordinate across departments to meet delivery goals.
• Maintain the live team roadmap, triaging and prioritizing tasks across QA and release engineering.
• Partner with production leadership to ensure successful first-party submissions and issue tracking.
• Communicate the health and status of online services regularly to senior leadership.
• Coordinate incident reporting for online tests and implement processes to prevent recurrence.
• Identify operational and technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the games industry, specifically in live operations.
• Experience managing rapid-release content schedules for multiplayer titles on Console and PC.
• Proven track record of shipping console games, including first-party certification processes.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and project budget management.
• Expertise in risk analysis and incident report tracking.
• Must be based in North America for remote arrangements.

• Experience working with remote studios and external contractors.
• Deep understanding of online infrastructure best practices (performance, scalability, reliability, and security).
