What you will do

• Design, build, and test new audio processing equipment and solutions for maximum performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and modify audio processing systems for broadcast and media, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Act as the Lead Design Authority (LDA) for the delivery of end-to-end customer solutions.
• Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet delivery specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.
• Support the integration of legacy systems with cloud-based solutions.

Requirements

• Established professional experience in audio processing.
• Proficiency with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in encoding and multiplexing technologies.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advantageous).
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to support hybrid working across hirify.global sites.
