Communications Executive (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and deliver regulated communications and literature for workplace savings schemes.
• Manage logo requests and updates ensuring alignment with brand standards and processes.
• Review content for accuracy, formatting, grammar, version control, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to progress communication approvals.
• Support email campaigns, ad hoc mailings, and general member communication activity.
• Utilize insight, data, and feedback to improve the overall effectiveness of communications.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hove, UK.
• Experience creating, reviewing, or coordinating customer-facing communications.
• Strong attention to detail for spotting errors in copy, formatting, and information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with specific confidence using Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple structured admin tasks.
• Interest in financial services, workplace pensions, or regulated communications.
