What you will do

• Own GTM-facing software and data products end-to-end, including the data foundation and signals for sales actions.
• Design and implement features using Golang, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Build and operate production services on hirify.global Workers and Kubernetes.
• Manage data infrastructure including Query Engines, Workflows, and MCP/APIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and DevRel to translate operational pain into shipped software.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive incident resolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a history of leading complex data initiatives.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and production infrastructure at scale.
• Proficiency in Go and strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Advanced analytical SQL and data modeling experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Principal or Staff+ engineer on platform or infrastructure teams.
• Knowledge of Columnar/OLAP or lakehouse technologies such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models and CRM/API integrations.
• Experience with dbt workflows and edge platforms.
