What you will do

• Produce live and recorded radio shows, including music playback, audio-board operation, and communication with hosts and co-producers.
• Resolve timing, content, and technical issues while maintaining broadcast quality and established programming standards.
• Research and coordinate sports-industry guests, recommend topics and formats, and develop creative approaches to presenting content.
• Create and publish social media posts for an audience of more than 90,000 followers.
• Develop content for the audio application and maintain accuracy, timeliness, and technical quality across channels.
• Manage multiple programs and shifting deadlines while responding to breaking sports news and live-studio requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of related experience, an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating an audio board and familiarity with Adobe Audition and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in virtual and live-studio environments.
• Legal right to work in the United States and availability for weekend and weeknight shifts are required.
