What you will do

• Develop detailed architecture deliverables to solve business problems through agentic AI systems and patterns.
• Design technical infrastructure, including orchestration layers, tool integrations, and data retrieval patterns.
• Lead the evaluation and deployment of emerging AI technologies and frameworks to enhance agentic capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of transformer models, RAG, agent frameworks, and model orchestration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI Service, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Expert knowledge of data architecture, target architecture, and requirements analysis.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment pipelines, and governance.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Irving, TX.
• Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing production AI agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience integrating vector databases, embedding models, and observability tools.
• Broad software engineering background including API design and enterprise integration patterns.
• Track record of translating complex technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
