What you will do

• Own end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion and transformation through validation and delivery.
• Architect scalable solutions in GCP, managing partitioning, clustering, and cost/slot optimization for BigQuery.
• Bridge modern cloud architectures with legacy enterprise reporting systems using SQL Server and SSRS.
• Develop complex queries and optimize performance using advanced SQL at scale.
• Build automated data monitoring and reconciliation frameworks to ensure data integrity.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude into daily workflows to streamline tasks and improve work quality.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; C2C is not available.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and database design principles.
• Experience working within legacy environments using SQL Server and stored procedures.
• Intermediate-level Python skills for automation and data processing.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and provide project oversight within the SDLC.

Nice to have

• Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Proven track record of mentoring others on emerging AI technologies.
