Salary: USD $118,800 – $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and plans covering functional, regression, integration, and system-level scenarios.
• Act as the engineering first responder for complex, high-priority field escalations, owning investigation and triage end-to-end.
• Perform deep technical debugging across distributed systems, APIs, and services using logs and observability platforms.
• Translate patterns from field issues into systemic improvements in test coverage, observability instrumentation, and product design.
• Collaborate with Core Engineering and TPMs to validate fixes and track resolution SLAs for high-priority issues.
• Build automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce repetitive triage work and improve engineering throughput.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).
• Strong software engineering foundation with the ability to debug and reason across distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on experience in software quality engineering, including test design and automation.
• Experience investigating production systems using logs and observability tools.
• Solid understanding of APIs and client-server architectures.
• Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise device management (UEM) for Apple, Android, or Windows platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Rovo.
• Background in sustaining engineering, field engineering, or production systems engineering.
• Experience building test automation frameworks or developer productivity tooling.
