Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, GA) - must be based in the area and attend the office at least 3 days a week

What you will do

• Lead the technology modernization strategy for Listings platforms to create cloud-native, scalable, and resilient solutions.
• Establish and execute an enterprise data strategy, modernizing large-scale data pipelines and engineering capabilities.
• Champion the adoption of AI-first engineering practices, including agent-assisted development and intelligent automation.
• Implement modern engineering standards across AWS cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, and observability platforms.
• Collaborate with product and architecture leaders to align technical direction with business outcomes and organizational priorities.
• Act as a player-coach, driving a high-performance engineering culture through technical credibility and hands-on execution.

Requirements

• Leadership experience modernizing complex enterprise platforms in regulated or mission-critical environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines.
• Experience with enterprise-scale relational databases, specifically Oracle, and database modernization.
• Strong background in DevSecOps, platform engineering, and operational reliability practices.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or comparable modern data and AI platforms.
• Background in capital markets, fintech, or similarly regulated technology environments.
• Ability to build and scale engineering cultures that embrace innovation and continuous learning.
